Long Stay Conditions :

All above rates are quoted net in Thai baht, inclusive of service charge and VAT.
Rates are based on ROOM ONLY.
Any extra night is charged according to internet pricing policy.
Breakfast on request costs 3,600 baht net per person per month.
General in-room cleaning services and changing of bed linens & towels on every three days.
20% discount for food and soft drink only at the Suites Restaurant. Not applicable for any special promotion.
Free use of fitness room, tennis court and swimming pool.

Airport Transfer
1. Sharing Mini-bus THB 400.- net per person per way. Child below 12 years Free of Charge.
2. Private Mini-bus THB 1,200.- net per car per way. Maximum 8 persons.

Day-use & Late Check out
1. Up to 06.00 p.m. a charge of 50% off internet room rates will be applicable taxes.
2. After 06.00 p.m. a regular internet room rates is effective.

Meal rates
1. Breakfast THB 350 nett per person.
2. Lunch THB 550 nett per person.
3. Dinner THB 650 nett per person.
Remark : - 50% discount for child 3 - 12 years, FOC for infant 0 –2 years old.
- Meal rates exclude soft drinks, beer and alcoholic beverages.

Compulsory Gala Dinner
1. December 24, 2008 Christmas Gala Dinner : THB 3,600 per adult & THB 1,800 per child (12 years or under).
2. December 31, 2008 New Year Eve Gala Dinner : THB 5,000 per adult & THB 2,500 per child (12 years or under).

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made prior to arrival within the period below will result a maximum of ONE NIGHT room charge 7 days in Green, 14 days in High and 21 days in Peak Season.

No Show:
A maximum ONE NIGHT room charge is required.

Overnight Guests (Unregistered Guest) policy:
- Charge 1,000 baht net / person / night
- Overnight guests / escorts are not allowed use of any facilities in the hotel
- Overnight guests / escorts should leave the hotel premise by 07.00 a.m.

Deposit:
One night room deposit is required for 7 days in Green, 14 days in High and 21 days in Peak Season.
